Washington-grown cranberries are fermented into wine before the gin botanicals are introduced — a base that most distillers never consider, because most distillers don't have a PhD chemical engineer rethinking the process from the ground up. The result is a London Dry-style gin with an unusual softness at its core: juniper-forward and citrus-bright on the surface, with a rounded mouthfeel underneath that the grain-based gins rarely achieve.

Citrus peel leads on the nose, opening into a bloom of juniper and warm baking spice. The palate delivers botanical richness without sharpness — layers of herb and citrus over a soft fruit foundation. The finish is crisp and elegant, long enough to reward attention without outstaying its welcome.

Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a 2019 ADI Silver Medal in the Contemporary Gin category. Distilled with solar thermal energy on both pot and column still. Exceptional in a martini, outstanding in a Negroni, honest enough to sip on its own.
