Cranberry Brandy
Washington cranberries. Barrel-aged. The long way around."
Washington cranberries fermented to wine, distilled, and barrel-aged. A Pacific Northwest fruit brandy that rewards patience — bright berry, honeyed sweetness, and warm spice on a long finish.
Most fruit ends up in flavor. This one ends up in brandy.
Washington cranberries — tart, bright, grown in the volcanic soils of the Pacific Northwest — are fermented into wine before Solar Spirits ever fires the still. That step matters.
Fermentation builds depth that distillation cannot create from scratch; the brandy that emerges carries the memory of the fruit at every stage of its journey.
After distillation, time in barrel does the rest. Oak rounds the edges, draws out warmth and spice, and turns bright cranberry into something unhurried and layered. The nose opens on red berry and delicate floral notes before warm oak drifts in underneath. On the palate: tart cranberry softened by honeyed sweetness, with barrel spice building quietly in the background. The finish is long, warm, and gently complex — a spirit that rewards patience.
Solar-powered distillation, Washington-grown fruit, farm-to-bottle ethos. Sip it neat. Use it wherever brandy belongs and then some.
