ADI Bronze, ACSA Bronze, Sip Northwest Judges' Pick.

There's a tension at the heart of this gin, and it tastes like the best possible argument between two friends.

The base is Solar Spirits' London Dry — juniper-forward, citrus-bright, built on Washington cranberry wine. Then it meets the barrel. Oak rounds the botanicals, draws out vanilla, toasts the spice notes into something richer and more deliberate. The juniper doesn't disappear; it retreats slightly and holds the structure in place while caramel and warm spice take their turn.

The nose opens on vanilla and toasted oak before the gin asserts itself — juniper arriving clean and unhurried. The palate is smooth and full, moving through warm spice and soft caramel toward the botanical depth underneath. The finish is long and gently warming, with a resinous whisper that keeps you thinking about the next sip.

Awarded a 2018 ADI Bronze in the Aged Gin category, a 2017 Sip Northwest Judges' Pick, and a 2016 American Craft Spirits Association Bronze. Double-distilled with solar thermal energy on pot and column stills, then rested in oak. Exceptional neat, in a Negroni variation, or anywhere a whiskey drinker might wander into gin territory and find they've been missing something.

Includes $2.83 WA Spirits Liter Tax
